Updated 30 September 2026. This website describes Forthnood services and allows visitors to prepare an email enquiry. An enquiry does not create a paid contract.
Project agreements
Work begins only after the parties agree a written proposal or service agreement. It must identify the contracting provider and specify deliverables, fees, payment milestones, schedule, revisions and responsibilities. Project-specific terms govern the commissioned services subject to applicable law.
Fees and additional costs
Services are quoted individually. Hosting, domain registration, paid plugins, subscriptions, stock assets and taxes must be disclosed where applicable. Changes outside the agreed scope require written agreement.
Client responsibilities
Clients must supply accurate business information, obtain rights to supplied content and provide necessary feedback and authorised access. Do not send passwords or card details through the enquiry form.
Ownership and third-party materials
The project agreement defines ownership, licensing and handover of deliverables. Third-party components remain subject to their own licences. Visitors may not copy website content or branding without permission except as permitted by law.
Cancellations and disputes
See the cancellation and refund policy. Raise project concerns with support@forthnood.site and include the relevant agreement or invoice reference.
No guaranteed outcomes
Website services do not guarantee search rankings, advertising approval, sales or uninterrupted third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
